Is ordering online secure?
Yes, we take the utmost care with the information that you provide us with when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).

  • The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
  • During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as it travels to us over the Internet.
  • Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, key to decode it.
  • All information that you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees are up-to-date on our security and privacy policies.

How do I place my order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction

  • Move your cursor to the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the “CART” link.
  • Then click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
  • You will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information). 
  • After providing this information, you will need to click on the "PLACE ORDER" link.
  • You will then notice a small window slide down where you will be transferred to our secure server and you can proceed checkout with a credit card.
How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your shopping cart, you have 2 options:

  1. Click on the “VIEW CART” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen
  2. Or, click on the "CART" link on the navigation bar.
Once you are on the Cart page, you can easily change the quantity you want to purchase of a particular item by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “UPDATE CART” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “TRASH” icon to the left of that item.
How do I add items to my cart?
There are two ways to add an item.

  1. You can hover over the image of your desired product you’d like to purchase and then click the “ADD TO CART” link
  2. Or, click the image of your desired product which will navigate you to the detailed view page and then choose your desired amount of that item and click the “ADD TO CART” link
Once you have clicked “ADD TO CART” for whichever method you chose listed above, you will be brought to your "SHOPPING CART" page where you can then make any further adjustments such as changing the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the "QUANTITY" field on the right side of the screen. After you have entered your desired quantity, you can continue shopping or if you are satisfied with your order, you can choose to complete your order.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the “CART” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart.
  2. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “TRASH” icon to the left of the item description and your changes will be immediately reflected.
How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?
Follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the “Cart” link in the upper-right corner of your browser window. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item.
  2. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the "QUANTITY" header for this item and type in the quantity desired
  3. Click the “UPDATE CART” link. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.
How will I know that you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, a window will appear on your screen displaying your order number. When you close that modal window you then will be transferred to the "ORDERS" page where you can see your billing address and the items that are being sent to your shipping address.

Additionally, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.) Please keep this receipt for your reference.

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of the order being placed, unless a later ship date has been requested. Orders shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 3-5 business days of the order date. For any orders being shipped outside of the United States, please contact our Customer Service department.
